These terms apply to the Rimado app on iPhone, iPad and Android.

What the app offers
In the app, you solve sudoku and word search puzzles right on your smartphone or tablet. A starter set of puzzles is free.
The app needs no account. It contains no ads.
Full version as a one-time purchase
A single purchase unlocks all puzzles. There is no subscription and no further cost.
You buy through Apple’s App Store or through Google Play. The terms of that store also apply.
On a new device, use “Restore purchase” to get your purchase back. A purchase from Apple does not apply on Google Play, and vice versa.
Cancellation and refunds
The store where you bought the app handles cancellations and refunds. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Use
You may use the app for yourself, with your family and in groups. The app and its puzzles are protected by copyright.
Liability
We maintain the app with care. However, we cannot promise that it will always run without errors.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise, we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
Changes and applicable law
We update these terms when the app changes. The version published here applies.
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
